Springtime Gin Sour

  • 2 oz. Libellule Gin

  • 1 oz. Lemon juice

  • 1 oz. Thyme Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters

  • 1 Egg white (optional)


Garnish with a Thyme leaf


Combine all ingredients except thyme leaf garnish in shaker tin, shake for 10 seconds. Chill glass with ice cubes then strain mix so only liquid remains. Shake again without ice to create froth from egg white. Finally, strain and garnish.

Grandad’s Apple Juice

(by The Nest and Nectar, Penticton)


  • 1 1/2 oz. Nectar Apple Liqueur

  • 1/4 oz. Lilllet Blanc

  • 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse

  • 2 dash Bitters


Large ice cube or sphere.


Add all ingredients except large ice cube to pint glass. Stir for 15 seconds to dilute and blend the flavours and strain into double rocks glass with large ice cube.

  • 1/4 oz. Green Frog Absynthe

  • 1/4 oz. Lemon juice

  • 1/4 oz. Simple syrup

  • 1 oz. Bourbon

  • Spritz of Green Frog Absynthe spray

  • 1/4 oz. Grenadine


Create, and enjoy!


Mist Absynthe to double rocks glass and combine all other ingredients into pint glass. Stir the ingredients together and strain the ice. Serve straight up.
